Why am I being charged a Retail Delivery Fee?

Although we do offer Free shipping to the state of Colorado, as it is part of the contiguous United States, we are legally required to charge a Retail Delivery Fee of $0.27 in accordance with state (of Colorado) law. This fee is non-negotiable and is remitted to the state of Colorado in compliance with requirements set by the Colorado Department of Revenue, Taxation Division.
