What is the process for returning an item, and am I eligible for a return?

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service department using the chat box located at the bottom right-hand corner of our website. Please have the following information on hand to expedite the process:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return.
  • Confirmation that you can return all accessories included with the device.
  • The status of the original packaging.
  • Whether the device has experienced any physical or liquid damage while in your possession. Please note that any such damage found upon return will void any outstanding warranty service.
