Why am I getting declined at checkout?

First, please contact your financial institution to ensure they aren't rejecting the transaction. Once confirmed, please make sure that the billing address you have provided matches the one on file with your financial institution. If this has been done and you are still being declined, we recommend using PayPal to complete your transaction.

Unfortunately we are unable to see specific reasons that orders are declined, however no funds will be collected by us for the declined transaction.
