    We include the necessary accessories to provide power to your device. For example, a desktop will include a power cable, a laptop will include a MagSafe adapter, and an iOS device will include a lightning cable and USB power adapter.

    We highly recommend erasing your personal data before sending your device to us for any reason. We erase all devices upon arrival and are not responsible for data loss or recovery.

    To maintain the lowest pricing in the industry, we do not operate as a traditional retailer. Our facility consists of offices and warehouse space with no showroom. The only way to browse our inventory and place an order is through our website.
